OpenLink Support staff should endeavor to solve most problems. However, some problems are the domain of the user. OpenLink Support staff is not responsible for extensive custom development. Users must code their own applications or seek assistance from OpenLink's Professional Services team. Likewise, OpenLink staff is not responsible for user database and network administration.
